Salvador Beltrán

Hey, I’m Salvador. I’m a software engineer based in México with 8+ years of experience, working remotely and building things for the web.

I currently work at NAMM, where I spend my time across frontend, backend, integrations, and payments. A bit of everything, really. I enjoy understanding how the pieces fit together just as much as building the pieces themselves.

Lately, AI has become my favorite part of the job. I love building with coding agents, and even more, building around them: tuning a harness so they understand the codebase, follow the rules, and verify their own work before calling it done. There’s something really satisfying about automating the boring parts, watching an agent check its own changes, and making the setup a little better every time it gets something wrong.

Outside of that, I like building small tools that solve annoying problems, simplifying workflows, and finding better ways to do things. I’m usually happiest when I can take something complicated and make it feel straightforward.
